Venus Fly Trap

This carnivorous plant is entertaining to grow indoors or outdoors. The are cold hardy in our zone, and will grow larger traps year after year. Fly traps are a bog plant, so place them in a shallow dish of water in bright light. Traps will die and turn black after they've closed about five times. Dead traps can be cut off, and the plant will keep making new traps.
